Bluemina’s Managing Partner, Bashar Daoud, Pioneering Excellence in Citizenship and Residency Through Investment Standards

Citizenship and residency by investment firm Bluemina, led by Managing Partner Bashar Daoud, shares insights into its recipe for success as demand for citizenship and residency by investment rises in the MENA region.
For Bluemina, becoming a leader in the citizenship and residency by investment industry has been the result of building strong relationships with governments around the world. Bluemina is an international marketing agent for 16 programs, including those of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Malta, and Portugal. The company is also proudly a member of the Investment Migration Council. As demand for citizenship and residency by investment continues to grow throughout the MENA region, Bluemina’s role is set to grow with it.
Under the leadership of Bashar Daoud, Bluemina has expanded into a global presence with more than 10 offices and over 85 employees while maintaining a customer-first approach to business. Bluemina’s roots date back to 1997, but, according to Daoud, the company is now really focused on putting people first, along with their unique needs and tailor-made programs.
Remaining customer-focused has been Bluemina’s key to success, with the quality of service as its top priority. The company works to ensure clients have a smooth and transparent international experience through Bluemina’s offices throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
Beyond serving its customers, Bluemina also focuses on bringing people together within the company. The company has a strategy that unifies Bluemina employees and encourages them to communicate openly with one another. Recognizing the importance of feedback from both customers and employees, Bluemina pioneered the concept of a virtual office, so clients have unlimited access to the company’s services at their convenience.
Building on this success, Bashar Daoud notes that it can be difficult to remain successful over time. His approach is to put himself in the customer’s shoes, understand their perspective, and use that insight to keep improving Bluemina’s offerings. Moving forward, Daoud hopes to see Bluemina further grow its international presence, exploring opportunities in Africa, China, and other regions through physical branches or virtual offices. He also plans to enhance Bluemina’s services with artificial intelligence and to improve how Bluemina approaches program creation, keeping evolving customer needs and lifestyles in mind.
